A treatment programme is complete only when it is clear in advance what is assessed, how it is applied and which measurements will be used to verify performance.

What we assess technically

  • Chemical properties, SDS, material compatibility and safe containment
  • Required flow rate, turndown, backpressure and desired dosing accuracy
  • Suction conditions, degassing, pulsation, injection point and risk of crystallisation
  • Control signals, interlocks, alarms, data logging and control-system integration

What we monitor during operation

  • Calibrated pump output relative to setpoint and process flow
  • Tank level, inventory consumption and deviation between calculated and actual use
  • Availability and drift of pH, ORP, conductivity or other sensors
  • Alarm history, leaks, dry running, blockages and maintenance frequency

Technical choices require system context

When should you choose a diaphragm pump or a peristaltic pump?

That depends on the medium, flow rate, backpressure, degassing, solids, maintenance and required accuracy. Pump selection follows from the complete duty point.

Is a pump with sufficient maximum capacity automatically suitable?

No. Turndown, repeatability, suction conditions, materials, pulsation and actual backpressure also determine whether dosing remains stable.

How does a measurement and control system remain reliable?

With suitable sampling, regular calibration, sensor cleaning, pump-output checks and clear alarm and maintenance limits.
